KD was back last night after missing two games due to a mild ankle injury. In his return he not only dropped 28 points on the T-Wolves, but also debuted his new Nike Zoom KD III shoes. Here’s a first look at the shoes (road colorway). More news and information on release dates and colorways coming very soon.

A few weeks ago, KD held a twitter contest to giveaway some custom made KD SkullCandy RocNation Aviators. The custom headphones featuring KD’s logo are one of only two pair ever made (KD has the other pair). Check out the lucky winner with his headphones below.

KD has been participating in Degree Men’s Chain of Adventure challenge with stars such as Bear Grylls, Tony Hawk, Mark Messier and Mark Sanchez. As part of the Chain of Adventure promotion, KD brought a Degree Men Alley-Oop challenge event to Oklahoma City. KD’s been vocal about his endorsement partners bringing events to OKC, so this event was just a preview of what KD has in store for his local fans. Check out the videos from the event below:

KD will be at the Santa Fe Family Life Center (6300 N. Santa Fe Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73118) today to participate in the Degree Men Alley-Oop Challenge. The event starts at 3pm and ends at 6pm. Degree Men and Kevin Durant are looking for the most talented hoopsters in Oklahoma City. All serious contenders will be judged by Durant and a local sports radio host in the Degree Men Alley-Oop Challenge, hosted at the Santa Fe Family Life Center on November 8. The city’s highest-flying basketball duos will be on-hand to show off their most adrenaline-fueled moves on either an 8-foot or 10-foot rim for a chance to win a variety of prizes.

Degree Men has teamed up with the world’s most iconic adventure expert, Bear Grylls, to showcase its new Adventure Series of anti-perspirants and deodorant — and to bring adrenaline-fueled moments to the mainstream — in the Degree Men Chain of Adventure video series.

The Degree Men Chain of Adventure video series consists of personalized video challenges from the athletes which are an adrenaline-inducing fusion of sports and adventure that will take a page from each athlete’s own playbook and mix it with a unique survival situation. Durant will unveil his “ultimate alley-oop” challenge video to Grylls and be available for media interviews during this three-hour event.

Check out the KD edition of the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse. The shoes are in the Thunder home colorway and include KD’s logo. KD is no stranger to the Hyperfuse line, as he wore the Team USA edition of the shoes during the 2010 FIBA World Championship tournament. KD will be switching to his signature Zoom KD III shoes in December, but until then he will be wearing these joints.
