I’m Back in the DMV

What’s good everyone? Hope you all saw our win last night over the New Jersey Nets. We beat them 105-89 on the road for our third straight win. It’s our longest winning streak of the season. It’s a long season, but I’m so excited with the way we’ve been playing.

I hope tonight will be just as good for us. We’re in D.C. right now. As most of you know, I grew up just outside of here. So it’s good to be back! I feel like I haven’t been here in years. I haven’t been home since September. We’re just here for a day, but even if it’s for a couple of hours it feels good. It’ll be fun to play in front of my friends and family.

I’m sure a lot of people are going to be hitting me up for tickets, but I’m going to let my mom and my brother handle that for me. I’m just worried about coming in and playing. They all respect that I’ve got to get my rest for game day and they all understand that.

So I’ll be ready to play. Our game against the Wizards starts tonight at 6 p.m. OKC time, so if you’re in the area, buy a ticket and come check us out. If not, watch us on TV. We beat the Wizards at home earlier this season, but we don’t overlook any opponent. Should be a good game!

    I was at your game on monday against the nets…what a show you put on…Game got too close at some point though…Russel must learn when to give the ball up…everyone has their role and he was looking for his points too hard!! What ever happens in the future, you and Jeff Green should be a packaged deal… inseparable! Everyone needs a team-mate like Jeff Green!
